Help is out there and it's as easy as letting someone know. Many times we are embarrassed to let our friends or our peers know. I can make you feel like you are letting them down or you feel less of a Man or Woman, because you have a problem. That is never the case.

 

However if you really feel this way there are places you can call talk with someone (who do not know you) and can get help. Below are places you can contact if not your Chain of Command.

 

We want you to get help, so does your family, friends, peers and fellow Shipmates. If you do not your work and career will suffer. You may even put yourself or others lives in danger if you do not seek help.
