First let me tell you this is not an easy job. We want to be sure you understand this before we go further. You may have some individuals who may not see eye to eye with what you are trying to accomplish. However saying that we are doing exactly what the Navy wants us to do. That is educate ourselves our troops and ensure they comply with Navy instruction and guidlines.

It takes Honor Courage and Committment as with everything in the Navy.

Our organization is pushing forward to ensure all of our Shipmates are educated and understand what they can and cannot do. When it continually comes from above and our peers it can make people change to make better decisions. The same with seat-belts, most people didnt wear them all the time, no it has become muscle memory to most people and thats what we want to accomplish with POADD. If you are ready to take it on, Bravo Zulu to you.
